OUR COACHING APPROACH
Positive Public Procurement Leadership
Founded by Professor Martin E.P. Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania, positive psychology is the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive. The field is founded on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play.
Our positive public procurement leadership coaching approach is based on positive psychology but places particular emphasis on the unique challenges, experiences, and constraints faced by public service professionals.
Throughout our coaching engagement, we will work with you to build your civic foundation by identifying your personal values, beliefs, and character strengths. We will then work with you to help you pursue impactful and meaningful public service work that aligns your personal values, beliefs, and characters strengths with your professional mission, vision, and goals so that you are able to maximize your personal and professional potential.
DISCOVER YOUR STRENGTHS
